Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Assist customers with policy renewals, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and services.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (required).
- Experience using Microsoft Windows with the ability to navigate between multiple screens and multitask efficiently (required).
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience within the insurance industry (required).
- Experience working in a professional office setting (required).
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively and take direction from management (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be well-spoken and able to produce clear, professional, and well-written correspondence. (required).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure (required).
- Must hold an active Georgia Insurance License (Property & Casualty or Personal Lines), or be willing to obtain a non-resident license within 90 of employment (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or insurance-related certifications are a plus.
Compensation: $10.50 - $13.00 per hour
