We are seeking motivated, driven individuals to train, license, and onboard into successful insurance professionals. This position includes a comprehensive training program following licensing. Once licensed and converted from probation, earning potential ranges from $30,000–$85,000+ per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and manage daily sales activity
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
- Assist customers with policy inquiries, changes, claims, and payments
- Educate clients on insurance products and services
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain strong communication and consistent follow-up with clients
- Demonstrate leadership, accountability, and strong time management
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Cold calling experience is a plus
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Must obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License within the first 3 weeks of employment
- Must successfully pass a Georgia Department of Insurance background check
Compensation & Reimbursement:
- Hourly pay during training and licensing bootcamp
- After successfully passing the state exam and Binding Authority courses:
- Base salary + commission with earning potential of $25,000–$85,000+
- Reimbursement: Half of the licensing course and state license fees reimbursed after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period
